Sneaky Ways You Can Tweak Your Diet and Workouts To Improve Your Quality of Life

Witness the transformation of your insides to a healthier, happier lifestyle

There is no reason why you can’t feel physically and mentally better than ever before and enjoy the process...

We get it.

Staying healthy is not commonly considered a ‘fun’ thing to do.

Plus, with all you have going on, it’s not really your top priority right now.

Although, this leads to bad eating habits and a feeling of dissatisfaction with your body…

With these two things, your health and longevity will go downhill fast.

But what people don’t understand is that your health plan CAN be enjoyable.

You can learn how to make simple changes to your current lifestyle…

And eat to live instead of living to eat.

What Others Are Saying About CLM

"I approached Concord Longevity Medicine because I was tired of not feeling well. My body was sick and although had some tools to be able to change that on my own I was seeking out medical professionals who wouldn't just prescribe me a pill. It's fair to say I got more than I bargained for in working with Dr. B (Meghann) and Sarah in the best ways possible. Not only are they professional and knowledgeable but they are also the friends who are keeping me accountable and celebrating my victories with me. If you are looking for a program that will work with you, just where you are, no gimmicks, just real food, real people, and hearts of gold you need to check out CLM. I love having time to discuss and plan goals, being challenged. and feeling supported. Their services are customizable and comprehensive so they fit a lot of needs and certainly have been an incredible help to me in my health and weight loss journey. I'm excited to continue maintenance with their guidance and am enjoying feeling great about my health. I would highly recommend working with Concord Longevity Medicine!"

- Jennifer Bullock

"Lisa and I had high deductible health care plans. I had been maxing out due to my prescriptions (mainly Januvia) and Lisa had been having issues or procedures every year, until we went to CONCORD LONGEVITY! At the halfway point this year we have hardly made a dent. More amazing is just how well the body can restore itself even after years of poor health habits. We are wonderfully made! We just don't have the words to truly express how grateful we are for the guidance from you both back to better health, despite our years! Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ."

Direct Specialty Care (DSC): A novel healthcare model that re-establishes the doctor-patient relationship. This model allows physicians and nurses to remove insurance-based billing and other third party payers.

Weight Loss Management: Instead of the latest crash diet to shed weight, we introduce patients to tools that not only shrink waistlines but most importantly lead to long lasting health. Patients learn to incorporate these tools into their lifestyles rather than building a lifestyle around a diet.

Chronic Disease Management: Not all diseases require a pill as first line treatment. Diabetes, high
blood pressure, and high cholesterol are just a few of the illnesses that can be improved and often
reversed using the techniques that we teach at CLM.

Disease Prevention: All too often diseases become a part of our fabric before we even realize it.
Through the habits of clean fuels, fasting, and physical activity we can have more success in
preventing diseases like dementia, cancer, and so many more.

Nutrition Education: Navigating the dietary waters can be a scary place without a guide. Patients
under our care receive one on one instruction and guidance in learning what foods are best for their
bodies and the goals they set for them.

Personalized Meal Plans: Using DietDoctorPro, our patients have access to meal plans catered to
their preferences and complete with recipes and grocery lists each week. Patients also receive
weekly emails with delicious recipes created in Sarah’s kitchen.

Fitness Training Plans: From training for that very first 5K to learning the importance of resistance
training, CLM patients learn how to implement physical activity as a medicinal aid in reaching their
goals and achieving longevity.

Physician Supervised Fasting Protocols: While fasting is perhaps one of the oldest medicinal practices, the idea of doing it without direction can be intimidating. In our practice, fasting is a collaborative effort between patient and physician so each person feels supported, educated, and confident.

Grocery Store Field Trips: If you’re in the area, we are more than happy to meet you at a grocery store of your choice to teach you how to read food labels and pick the right types of foods for your specific lifestyle.

Public Meet-Up Movement Sessions: Also if you’re in the area, we will meet you at your local gym or your local park to teach you strength training and exercises for your specific goals.

Family/Friend Consultations: When it comes to feeling healthy, we know that your loved one’s opinions are very important to your self-image. You are welcome to bring them to a consultation so they understand what you’re doing and why.
