Sarah Fox, RNC
Sarah graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of South Florida, School of Nursing in 2005. She worked for nine years as a Pediatric ICU nurse before relocating to Concord, NC where she worked in the Emergency Department for three years. As her journey in nutrition and fitness progressed, she took a leap of faith and left the hospital system to receive her nutrition certification from Noakes Network.
Sarah’s fitness wheelhouse includes a variety of activities comprised of 16+ years of running, four years of dance education, three years of boot camp coaching, and being an active member in the Crossfit community. At CLM, her experience is put to use in creating fitness plans for patients specific to their body and current health status.
For the past two years, Sarah has been coaching fitness classes and creating meal and fitness plans for clients. On a typical day, you can find Sarah working out in her home gym followed by time spent in the kitchen concocting delicious and healthy recipes for her family and those around her. If the gym and kitchen are quiet, you’ll find her schooling and chasing her three small children. At CLM, Sarah’s role includes creating individualized meal plans for patients as well as educating them on nutrition and how to best fuel their bodies.
